We're a small rescue doing everything we can to save as many animals as we can. Because many of the dogs and cats that we rescue come to us sick or injured, we are always struggling to pay for the medical care they desperately need. We rely on donations, but most of the money used for medical expenses and continued care comes directly out the pocket of our founder, Marlo.
We've had several huge expenses recently that have limited us from saving as many dogs and cats as we would like. We rescued Niko from NYC ACC when he had severe pneumonia, which cost us over $4,000 in hospital bills. We pulled Tucker from a kill-shelter and when he arrived, he had a bone sticking out of his leg - which cost $1,500 to fix. We took Freddy in from another rescue when he was paralyzed, and paid $4,000 for a surgery that allowed him to walk again. We rescued Jordan from a kill-shelter and he came to us with distemper, and the diagnosis and treatment cost over $3,000 - he's now healthy!
These are just a few of the costs that we must cover all the time, and we're just a few people trying to save dogs and cats. We would be so grateful if you could support us and help us help these amazing animals. Thank you for your support!
Every penny raised from these t-shirts will go DIRECTLY to the care of the animals that you see on our website. And if you have room in your heart for a new family member, apply to adopt one today!
