Innocents at Risk is a child-advocacy non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization established to protect and educate. We partner with various organizations bringing educational and preventative information to students providing them with an opportunity to ask questions, and an environment to safely learn the dangers of human trafficking. We also work to educate the public both internationally and domestically allowing supporters to come together, and make a stand for change. In 2007, we launched our Flight Attendant Initiative. Through the program we have trained airline personnel, who are our first line of defense, in protecting the countless children who are trafficked on major flights each day. Our brochures, wrist bands, and educational workshops have armed thousands of flight attendants with the proper informational know how in stopping trafficking before it reaches the ground. Through raising awareness about this on-going issue, we hope to influence the lives of many supporters, victims and advocates of change. It is with the effort of many that we will see an end to this terrible atrocity.
