There are four factors that make up a shirt’s base cost:

1. Shirt style - Bonfire offers a number of shirts, each with its own base cost (unisex, ladies, youth, long sleeve and hoodies).

2. Number of ink colors - Rainbows are beautiful, but expensive! Using just one or two colors can lower the base cost significantly.

3. Printing on both sides - Leave one side of your shirt blank, and the base cost will be lower. Simplicity is elegant, so it’s a win-win!

4. Number of shirts printed - If you sell more shirts, the base cost will decrease.

There are too many combinations to list each base cost here. Instead, our T-shirt design wizard will automatically calculate your shirt’s estimated base cost as you make changes.
