You can easily change your order’s shipping address from your order confirmation email (easiest) or by logging into your Bonfire account. Note: Once a fund has closed we are unable to make any changes to an order, including updating your shipping address.

Change shipping address via order confimation email

The easiest way to change your shipping address is directly from your order confirmation email. Here's how:

  • Go to your email inbox and search for "wow@bonfirefunds.com"
  • Locate and open the Bonfire order confirmation email
  • Click the "Change shipping address"
  • Follow the steps on the next page to update your address
  • You'll receive a confirmation email letting you know that your address has been updated

Change shipping address via Bonfire account

If you don't have access to the order confirmation email, you can still change your shipping address by following these steps:

  • Log into your Bonfire account (If you don’t have a Bonfire account, you can create one using the same email you used during your checkout) 
  • Once you're logged in, head on over to My Account
  • Click the "Orders" tab and find the order you need to update
  • Click the "Change shipping address" link and follow the steps to change your shipping address
  • You'll receive a confirmation email letting you know that your address has been updated

Invalid addresses

If your address was entered incorrectly, your order may be returned to us as "undeliverable." We will then apply your correct address to the order and reship. Contact our support team by using our Contact Us page if you suspect this has occurred.
