Damaged or Misprinted Shirts

We strive for perfection, but sometimes things still go awry. If your order was damaged, misprinted, incorrect or imperfect in some other way, please send us a message on our Contact Us page. We’ll work with you to make things right, whether it’s a shirt reprint, refund or an alternative fix.

Missing Shirts

Remember, shirts are only printed and shipped if a fund reaches its minimum sales needed to print and ends successfully. If a fund is unsuccessful, no one is charged and shirts don’t print or ship. It can take up to 14 business days for your shirt to be printed and arrive at your doorstep. Check your emails for tracking links or look up your order’s status on our Track Your Order page using your order number. If your order still hasn’t arrived more than 14 business days since the fund ended successfully, contact our support team by filling out the form on our Contact Us page.

Incorrect Charges on Credit Card/Bank Statement

Sometimes bank and credit card statements will reflect unsuccessful checkout attempts. These charges are usually removed after 3-5 business days. If they are not removed, or if you feel that the charges are incorrect in some other way, please reach out on our Contact Us page. We will verify orders associated with your account and work with you to correct any errors on your statement. 

My Shirt Doesn't Fit

Bonfire does not offer refunds or exchanges if the wrong size is ordered. Sizing charts are made available during the checkout process to allow users to pinpoint the size that will fit them best. If you receive a shirt size that is different from what you ordered, contact our support team by visiting our Contact Us page.

Wrong or Incomplete Order

If your order did not contain the correct shirts, we are truly sorry. We triple check every package before it leaves Bonfire, but we are still human so mistakes can happen. Send us a message on our Contact Us page with your order number and a description of what was incorrect or missing. We’ll work with you to make it right. Thanks in advance for your patience and understanding.
