With the epic rise of social media, everyone has a newfound – but very strong – public voice. Bonfire helps people sell apparel to their community while we do all the heavy lifting of payment processing, customer service & fulfillment.

As a Business Development Representative with Bonfire, you will identify target customers through a variety of online tools and analyze prospects’ current social customer success strategies, identifying opportunities where Bonfire can create value. You would then engage prospects by phone, email, Twitter, etc., in order to introduce our platform and lead them to success.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of professional work or internship experience
  • Strong desire to work in a startup
  • Proficiency in social media – if you don’t already have a Twitter or Instagram account then this probably isn’t for you
  • Call structure and control
  • Strong ability to prioritize
  • Time management
  • Ability to work in a high-energy and fast-paced sales team environment; team player
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills and strong writing skills
  • The highest level of integrity
  • Incredible communicator (both written and verbal)
